Independent but Synergic Applications

Each application can work independently or with the full suite. Each functional module can be activated while the server is running, and a single user, department or customer can be licensed for a certain module. This allows end user to subscribe only to the applications that realy need, without having to pay for the whole package as happens in the actual software solutions.

Secure Single Sign-on

Users only have to sign-in once and access all the allowed applications.

Office Integration

hipergate can detect and index Office documents, allows import of Outlook Express contacts and can generate Excel reports.

Quick Registration

User can signup for a trial account that expires in a delimited timeframe. This account can be upgraded anytime and enable end user to access all available modules, either with online credit card or any other payment form. Once payment is confirmed, user's account is entitled to use the chosen applications.

Easy and intuitive workspace

All applications are accesible from an easy tab menu. This interface is designed with easiness and low learning curve in mind.

Self-administration by end user

hipergate offers a predefined administrative module with 4 basic user profiles: administrator, superuser, user and guest. Each profile (also called access group) is capable only to certain tasks inside the application.

Self-administration features have two advantages: 1) lower the Total Cost of Ownership for the customer and 2) reduce the maintenance costs associated to support issues when working as an ASP application.
