Contact Management
PlastiCar's sales force uses hipergate's Contacts Management module to keep a centralized database of customers at each location.
Although there is a single database, customers are filtered by location and products they use to buy so can be quickly identified.
A history of sales opportunities is kept for each customer, from the first contact to the end; the logs for open opportunities, documents sent, calls made, etc are are always available.
