The mission of the hipergate partner program is to simplify locating business consultants and implementers worldwide.

Our objective is to advise users so that they get the best possible service and support local implementers so that they can do their business right.

Who can be a Partner?

As is the case of our software, our partner policy is free and open.

	Blue Belt® You can be a Blue Belt partner if you are a company or independent professional that provides consulting services related to hipergate in the following areas: • Strategic Business Consulting • Marketing and Client Relation Management Consulting • Technology Consulting • Independent Software Vendors • Universities and Non-Profit Organizations Download the hipergate Blue Belt Partner Program
	Black Belt® You can be a Black Belt partner if you are a company or independent professional that can demostrate experience in at least 3 projects based on hipergate, or alternatively who have developed public domain extension to the base platform.

What are the benefits?

hipergate is a new business model for consultants and internet service providers.

The Partner Agreements include training, promotion, support and special materials.

We belive in a fair revenue sharing generated from projects, in which we get paid for the software and professional services done at the moment at which income of the clients take place.

The Blue Belt Program facilitates knowledge and distribution of consulting services through hipergate. It enables us to prescribe and promote business opportunities worldwide. It also provides a way of keeping abreast of the latest innovations, making contributions and finding third-party extensions.

The Black Belt Program allows to certify the capacity of execution of the partners, to establish joint policies of promotion and to share investments in R&D.

General conditions

Conditions on the use of the hipergate Blue Belt Partner logo

1. hipergate is a registered trademark of Know Gate España. Know Gate owns the intellectual property of the software under the European intellectual property laws.
2. The logotype of Blue Belt is registered by KnowGate and can only be used for promoting consulting services on hipergate with explicit prior written consent.
3. The use of the Blue Belt logotype is free of charge. La utilización del logotipo Black Belt requiere estar al corriente de pago de la cuota bi-anual por derecho de uso.
4. Know Gate reserves the right to unilaterally revoke at any time the right to use the logo from any company or person it deems unsuitable.
5. The possession of the logotype does not accredit the professional expertise of the holder on the product.
6. The user of the logotype agrees explicitly to comply with the conditions of the product license (HGPL) and its documentation (Creative Commons)
7. The conferment of the logotype grants usage rights for a period of 2 years from the date of approval, after which, the request must be renewed.
